STAYING ON TRACK PLAN
In order to stay on track in our personal and professional lives, we need encouragement to apply new skills and ideas. Designed to guide the client into taking actions that build self-esteem, self-awareness, and self-regulation, the Staying On Track Plan provides that encouragement. This plan is ideal for the client who wants a little extra support, structure, and motivation in meeting their goals and for the individual who wants to slowly transition out of coaching.
Choose the Staying On Track Plan if you want to:
- Get positive feedback and helpful suggestions related to your goal.
- Have an honest evaluation of your goal.
- Receive unconditional moral support as you strive to reach your goal.
You will learn:
- To self-direct your actions.
- To process and evaluate outcomes and consequences.
Your personal coach will:
- Provide opportunities for regular check-ins.
- Encourage you in taking ownership and self-responsibility.
- Identify strategies to help you overcome specific challenges.
If you are a client with ADHD, you will learn:
- To identify and manage distractions.
- To create a tangible reward system.
- To estimate the time it takes to complete specific tasks.
This plan is comprised of one 30-minute face-to-face session per week for four weeks. Meeting dates and locations will be scheduled based on the clients needs. The fee for this plan is $175.00 for one month.
